In my research, I interviewed 10 people in a one on one and sent a survey to another 40 people.
As a self-employed individual, it's hard to market your own business. When you want to build a site, You don't know what to show or how to design. 80% of the cases start to build a site and never finish it. The main reason is being unsatisfied with the outcome. 5 interviewees asked why not to use pre-existing social media to help create a site. That was the starting point of the project.
